No doubt. I am not sure why Rivian believes it needs more fast chargers. Between Tesla, Ionna and Walmart, seems like the US will be blanketed with DCFC in next few years. Compared to 2017 when we got our Tesla, it's night and day for EVs.
Yep. We'll get there someday: as many plugs as there are spigots. But, all things considered, there aren't enough now and that pace may have slowed due to politics. And the blog and headline, or what some take away from it, is a little misleading as well. IIRC, RJ didn't say he'd accelerate build-out of RAN immediately. That won't happen just yet. They need to sell R2s and put $ in the bank first.

The RAN in Olancha CA has always been 3 plugs. I haven’t seen a 2 plug RAN yet but I don’t doubt they exist.
