Rivian in Good2Go

I tried to add my truck to my Good 2 Go account the other day before I took my parents back to the airport. Turns out, Rivian isn't a recognized manufacturer yet...
Good news is that I CAN add my 'BYTOM' [sic] ...

I had the same problem, submitted a help ticket, and was told...

In order to add a make and model of a vehicle that isn't listed in the options available; you must check the box that states " This a non-passenger vehicle." Once that box is selected then you are able to type in the selected areas.

So I guess the Rivian is a non-passenger vehicle now? The better question is, who/how do they bill for temp tags?
