I just noticed the last couple days my Rivian home charger is charging 1 kW slower @ 10.5 kW instead of 11.5 kW.
The car shows 10.5 kW now and charger settings still shows 11.4 kW
It’s always charged at 11.5 kW and no changes have been made to the original install.
I verified the dip switches are set to 48 A default setting and sent pictures of the breaker, charger install, and the inside, including the dip switches to the Home charging team so they can investigate further.
Hopefully they just need to push an update and let it charge back at the normal speed.
The temperature in the garage is 82° and not hot enough for it to throttle down to 8 kW because of a warm plug.
I’ve cycled the amp limit settings from high to low with no difference.
EDIT:

When reviewing your recent session history, it appears that your charger is more often getting closer to 11.5 kW and is dropping to slower rate on few occasions to the ~10 kW mentioned. I do see that the average under load is about ~242 volts and ~47A throughout the duration of the charge time. The charger will have some dips on occasion through the session, but the average speeds seem to be reflecting as normal.
Off hand there aren't irregularities that I see are cause for concern based on review of the charge history and images provided of your installation. However, as a precaution I will send this data to our teams to see if this is something that is more Wall Charger or vehicle focused.
2nd response from Rivian after my inquiry was sent to another team.
Hope you're well. We recently updated the way AC charging speeds are displayed in the vehicle and mobile app which is why you may see a different kilowatt (kW) charging speed than you have in the past.
The charging speed delivered by your charger and the speed at which your vehicle accepts energy has not changed. We're continuing to evaluate the way we're displaying AC charging speeds, and plan to roll out additional improvements in the future.
