Rivian Guide Contacted Finally! (For Real) ?

My wife is from Waycross. Hoping for charger there also to help on a trip to Jacksonville. But REALLY hoping for a service center in or around Atlanta soon, only makes sense for Rivian. Might help my chances of a Guide contact...sooner than later.

I think you'll be waiting a long time for anyone like Rivian, Electrify America, or Tesla to put in a charging site in Waycross. I-16 and the I-75 to I-10 routes will always be a bigger priority. I'm sure at some point there will be something in the area, but it might be some local or regional provider.

In the meantime, Tifton and the I-95 corridors are going to be as close as anything will get to Waycross.

There's a chance they eventually get a RAN close to the Okefenokee. If nothing else, Waypoints for Waycross seems catchy enough that it needs to happen.

I actually just looked it up to satisfy my own curiosity, and it does seem as though there are situations in which chains are required in Cali.

I carry chains when going to the mountains in CA in my AWD as it is required to carry them. I have been told though, that before an R3 happens they usually close the road.

Just curious, is this something you see in the code?

I do not see a configurationStatus label anywhere on the web pages when I log in. Not seeing it in the page source either.

Oh, no, I heard from my guide back in June haha. But at least for a few weeks after we had our call, this page was still showing the usual message

Chicago area here. Nov 29, 2018 pre-order. R1S LE, Launch Green, Ocean Coast interior, 22" Sport wheels. No contact yet. I'm assuming that R1T reservations are the priority at this point.
