Bush league. They had YEARS. Compliance isn't that hard. Daytime running lights Fog/driving lights more than 100mm from the main beam(or just disable them). UOM in metric, bilingual labeling, a little pictogram of a parking brake instead of the word BRAKE... Mail your shit off to TC and you're approved for NSM in six weeks.
