$10k more is pretty steep for 100 mi’s more and equals out to about ~$222 a kW to go from 135 to 180. I’m sure it’s not really that expensive to produce but that’s what premium you would be paying. It’s cool to have that much range but how many people really need to go from 300 to 400?

They called back and determined it was a problem on they’re end with my account. They also had me use Chrome instead of Safari, and it worked. I was able to configure my R1S.

I filled out the config. with my 1st choice and then it locked up and wouldn't let me go back and look at other choices. Did this happen to anyone else?
Also only want 5 seats in the R1S - MAYBE IF WE HOLLER LOUD ENOUGH they will change it.

Maybe try Chrome? I’ve had no issues changing my configuration many times.
And 5 seat is available just not on LE(2021)
For me I need the 400mi+ And 7 seat so it is 2022 for me

We went with the adventure package. I wanted to push this out a little to see if what kind of range may be offered with a larger battery. I am not in a rush, so this works well for us. We chose black interior due to having kids. I think it may hide things a little better than the Ocean Coast.

What number do I need to be looking at to find my order number? My number in the URL was 2582940104. Thanks!

That seems reasonable - there were a couple of folks who ordered DURING the show that were in the 1200-1500 range. The question is...did they start at 1000?

FWIW I ordered 3 days after the Amazon investment announcement: February 18, 2019 and my number is 7431.

I don't think so. There was a time that things would only work on IE, since it was dominant and didn't follow the standards. There shouldn't be a reason for things not to work in Safari, Chrome or Firefox (probably edge too), since they all follow the applicable standards.

I don't think the number means much. I've confirmed multiple times now that "customer service" (and I use the term very loosely) won't answer (or even acknowledge) that specific question. Mine says 1673 (11/27/2018). My friend, who pre-ordered yesterday, got 27846239. They obviously don't have nearly 28 million pre-orders...

They changed systems, and numbering in August...after we figured out how to find our order #s.
