Limestone looks like what I'd think is El Cap Granite.

If that's accurate, then I'll probably switch to Rivian Blue or LA Silver.

NorthernOak,

I just opened this and saw crashmtb answered for me. While everyone seemed to love the Blue, I not only loved seeing the Launch Green when it rolled though those doors, but the metal flake in it gives it that variability in different lighting conditions. I believe the Rivian Blue and the Glacier White are absent that addition to the paint. There’s a richness that metal flake adds that looks great to me, but that’s a personal thing.

To crash’s point, as I’ve been saying all along, the fact that this color will never come back again makes it special to me. I like that Launch Green will forever be linked to the first edition. On top of that, doesn’t it also save you some money?

I still advocate for people waiting until they have to make the decision, in hopes that they will see every color with their own eyes, either in a metal sample or a real, living R1T.

Good luck with your decision!

Limestone is probably a straight grey.
food for thought, Rivian’s head of design had a 911 GT3 in paint to sample Nardo grey.

Limestone seems similar to that.

I'll probably wait until I can see for myself, but I'm getting the feeling I'll be switching colors.

Agreed. Based on this short clip alone, it looks like a slightly lighter El Cap with some of the metallic removed. I like it, but it's not what I was expecting. It's another color that I'll need to see in person to form a true opinion.

Sticking with LG for now.

Who took these videos? Are they allowed to blast them out like this?
I'm no expert, but that doesn't look like a production line assembly process. I have a feeling these vehicles won't go to customers. Maybe the test drive event

I wish I had reserved an LE, because I think I like Launch Green the best based on those videos. I currently have Limestone chosen, but I’m not so sure on that color based on the video.

Loving the Launch Green. At first it looked too gray, but seeing it in many other pictures- wow. Now if only a Guide would contact me.
