I think you have him confused for someone else. He isn't trying to "pump the stock". He tells it straight, they know service is important and they are taking steps to make it better—evident in number of SCs they've added since a year ago and isn't done adding more, which is contrary to uninformed accusations that they are ignoring service or aren't doing anything.

Of course Rivian employees are going to put a positive spin on things, but holy guacamole. Rivian is a publicly traded company and stating false information could send them to jail.

I am very happy with the latest financial information from Rivian. They still have a long road ahead, but they have a viable path to survival. Which is amazing considering all they have overcome.

This is a small part of why I am getting ready to pull the trigger. I just need to talk to the wife. LOL.
