You'll need to get the new Rivian 240V charger for your phone.

someone used my email address (from a quick google search they had a typo) to sign up for an account and I've been trying to get them to delete the account.

Can't believe they don't have email verification for account creation, come on....

Awesome we got the app not much there yet but pretty cool all our info went right in pretty easy. Also fun fact I just signed up for charge point at lunch time thinking I might need it.
