I would love to see some Stealth/Flat paint options. There is obviously demand for this with tons of us spending $5k aftermarket for stealth PPF and wraps

TBH, I don't. Whatever decisions they make have probably already been made. And, being in a field that works with color, I'm sure their decisions are based on many hours of debate, consideration and justification that is relevant to their brand. We already know each color they've picked so far has been inspired by ones found in nature. And I don't expect them to stray from that. Public speculation and opinions at this point has little impact. Future sales will determine which colors live on and which will be discontinued/replaced.What do you think...
But that’s the fun of speculating and killing time until the R2 actually releases.TBH, I don't. Whatever decisions they make have probably already been made. Mazda has the best Red in the business, hands down. I would love to see that color on the R2 or R3.Soul Crystal Red! The only red I truly wanted in any vehicle.
I've spent countless hours making sure their metallic reds look good in photography and in print. Other brands are doing similar though. Not just red, but with blue and green as well. Two such examples, both from Lexus: Structural Blue (inspired by Morpho butterfly) and Nori (Japanese for seaweed) Green. And pretty sure Ferrari did it before Mazda. Alfa has nice metallic reds too. These are essentially candy-apple paints with different shades and colors. Mazda might have been the first, or among the first, to make candied paint accessible at mass-market price points.Mazda has the best Red in the business, hands down. If only Mazda could make a BEV that would be worthy of that Soul-red-crystal.I’m sure they have it registered so no one can replicate that exact shade, just like Coca Cola. Leave it to the Japanese to create the perfect red.

My ID4 is Red and I like it, but not as much as that Soul Red CrystalI would love to see an R1S in Mazda’s Soul Red Crystal. It’s the best red on the market. Other reds look too yellow or orange.
They already have. No chance of it coming to the US under current administration. If only Mazda could make a BEV that would be worthy of that Soul-red-crystal.
If it isn't coming here, it doesn't count as existing in my world. F'ing Von Clownstick. They already have. No chance of it coming to the US under current administration.
That’s disappointing. It looks great, but those charging speeds are horrible. Definitely not a road tripper. They already have. No chance of it coming to the US under current administration.
I definitely prefer a cherry red, like this to an orangish-red. I’m just not a fan of orange vehicles, unless it’s a yellow that has a been of orange. My ID4 is Red and I like it, but not as much as that Soul Red Crystal

Not my actual vehicle, but that's the color.
I’ve always been a big fan of forest green. My Grandpap had a forest green pickup truck when I was a kid and I had a forest green car when I was in my 20’s.I love the forest green and silver. Silver looks stunning under low and florescent light, most boring in direct daylight. Opposite opinion on the forest green, gorgeous in direct sun, loses later at night.
Still, my favorites.

Move to EU? It's work of Mazda's JV with a Chinese automaker. No chance of it coming to the US. And US consumers would probably be too picky about this and that for it to be good enough.I'd buy that!
