Remote cam access - only working when plugged into garage charger

Good morning.

After the recent OTA update, I'm unable to experience the full functionality of this feature - as I can only access the cams from my phone when it is on the charger in my garage. I've done all the standard vehicle/entertainment reboots. I also just updated my iPhone to 18.0.1.

Are any of you experiencing this error as well?

In your garage the truck should be connected to your WiFi. The only thing I can think of is the connect+ subscription but you should still be under the free trail until at least 10/15. I would log a service ticket with Rivian.

Yes, I subscribed to connect+ as soon as it was available. I toggled the functionality off and on in the truck and I think it may be working now. Thank you!
