couple of questions, what was your estimated delivery at the end of October? Do you have the underbody shield? Have you always had the dark 22s? Seems like several of the latest deliveries have been dark 20 and 22s.

Thanks, our estimated delivery window was April - June 2023. I do not have under body shield and I was set with 20 AT tires for the longest. Until I saw the video Brendon made on tires and switched to 22 dark couple of months ago

I am excited to share that I have received the 8 step email today. We had our R1S on preorder in August 2020 and were promised a delivery window of April 2023 - June 2023. Pretty excited to see they beat that.

I hope this trend continues and others get their cars soon enough.

My guess is the dark 22s is what moved you up. Congrats, now go get a lottery ticket…

Thanks. Interestingly my VIN is 2139 though my preorder date is beyond yours.

Today I got purchase process and Vin (1577), I am not sure why it is .
My guess it may failed QC , now its ready to delivery .

Update: I received an email from Rivian and my Guide that the car is ready to be picked up. It took a week for the car to get to the service center. Next I will post some pictures when we pick up the car later in the week.

Note: When making downpayment using their online system it does not allow to use savings account and is only restricted checking account.
