Nice! On another note, the map display on the driver display looks very different from the map I remember seeing on the center screen. I can't find a picture, so it must have been in the video before they took it down. It was a dark theme map with an angular yellow route line. Seems like they are still in the process of tweaking and finalizing software.

Might just be a difference between "day" and "night" modes? I remember seeing a setting somewhere for permanent day or night or auto switching.

This is not the R1T that Motor Trend drove. This is the second R1T that was driven by the Rivian engineer. You can see that the the UI is a little different, including a "Camera" button where the Motor Trend one had a "phone" icon.

I suspect the UI is still getting tweaked up until launch.

In the roundtable video, RJ says they will be gathering info on how people use the interface and be able to spot areas that require too many clicks or digging thru too many menus to accomplish and implement changes OTA to make the interface better.

Most likely.
First Drive attendees report that they were making batches of 15 preproduction units, then stopping the line and everyone would go over the ones just produced, look for issues and contribute feedback as to choke points/slowdowns in the build process.
