Do you guys think the indicators are not working or the guy driving doesn't know to use them while merging ?
Like I said previously, one of these poor drivers is gonna get caught picking their nose and Boom! There it is! A life of its own on the internet, for eternity.

I'm surprised there have been no comments about the handles being presented in that last clip.

Haha good catch. I usually keep my eyes out for those. This has been a sore spot for me. Perhaps once I understand the system more I'll feel better about it. The inconsistency at which we see the door handles is the problem. If i don't understand it my mind starts to classify it as functioning inappropriately.

is it me or is that R1S bouncing around a ton.. Maybe the suspension is lowered in sport mode? I sure hope it doesn't ride that stiff! The 22's probably don't help
22's, low setting for suspension, and could have it on a sport mode and not comfort for a harder rebound/compression rate.

I swear if I see anything labeled “manufactured in Great Britain” (or Tata Motors India/aka JLR) on those air suspension bags I’m immediately selling my R1S.

If the Camp Kitchen is "Made in Great Britain", I'm out! I'm already a bad enough cook as it is. (A tip of the hat to John Cleese of The Monty Python Flying Circus for that reference, obscure as it may be.. Bonus points for the first one to correctly name the show he broached this on. No internet help on this!)

I've heard of "one pedal driving" EV but this is kind of extreme ain't it? :surprised:

Rivian told me there are definitely 2 pedals when I asked about regenerative breaking. This looks like one??

any thoughts?

As noted earlier, I believe that is a shot of the optional Mother-in-Law Brake Pedal in the back seat. While it has no effect on actual braking, it can be wired to actuate that seat's heater to full roast. In the R1S, I believe they charge an additional $750 to have it placed in the third row. Money well spent, especially when ordered in conjunction with Active Noise Cancelation.

Sorry late to the party, but there’s no state on the R1S.?.?
Also for those wondering about the R1S riding stiff, they are seemingly getting a ton more pre-production vehicles out on the roads before August. Just like 3 months ago everyone was wondering why are we only seeing R1Ts on the roads. This is a good thing for sure. Working out real world driving conditions.
Well that’s my hope... I would hate the R1S to ride stuff but it has the same air suspension as the R1T. I’m trying to persuade the OL’ battle axe(she loves that nickname) to get the R1T but she’s currently stuck on the Bronco I configured for her.
