Gotta say, it looks amazing. Maybe I go back to the R1T instead of the S...

That is one good-looking truck!

The good news for the folks seen driving these things around is if they should leave the roadway, several people will rush out the parade of following vehicles to help them (remember to sneak plenty of interior pics, folks!). The bad news for the folks seen driving these things around is if they should pick their nose, that image will be all over this Forum in five seconds.

Shortly thereafter, some [email protected]$$ will inquire about Launch Green, while the driver will be videotaped screaming "It wasn't a pick! It waas aa scraatch!"

I hope it’s just a pre-production growing pain, but the fit of the recharging door looks awful - not aligned properly and looking like it’s the kind of thing that would get worse over years.

It bugs me as well. I've noticed this on other test vehicles also so it's not just this one.
If that's the cost of fancy opening, I'd take standard hinge any day.
Anyway, since it's so hard to miss, I'm hoping they will fix that.

The gap around the gear tunnel door seems pretty uneven as well. (Large gap at the top, tighter gaps at the hinge point.)

Hopefully these are just pre-production hiccups.

The good news is that this is exactly the purpose of early production runs. Also, we've seen video where Rivian is using a gap gauge, so they're paying attention to it, and I expect it will be part of the QA process for true production/customer vehicles.

They are still built by hand. Hopefully production vehicles and the robots will fix that
