Simply not true.They can't give you that. The EPA tests aren't run for various wheel configurations. They are run for one and I think there may be some formal requirement that it be the wheel that will be on most of the cars they think they will sell but that recollection is hazy.
While they don't have to give EPA numbers for different wheel sizes, they can as Tesla has done.
