On March 11, 2023 my wife and I visited the Nature Conserancy's Nags Head Woods Preserve visitor's center at 701 W. Ocean Acres Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948 and discovered two RAN charging stations under construction. Both charging stations were covered with hooded covers and neither had power. I don't have any further info on when these charging stations will go live.
