I realize that these are just renderings and early promotional photos, but do they tell us anything substantive about where the new J3400 charging port will be located? (I assume no, and that we should take nothing from these illustrations as far as where the port will be; is that correct?)

Are you asking which source is more reliable; the company making the vehicle's press kit photos, or an LLM that generated a photo of a vehicle with a typo in the name?
