Wonder what the output of those are compared to an enduro.

Looks like they have some kind of plug going into them.

Nice to see regular Macpherson set up with conventional sways and no air springs.
They are active dampers.

It's been more or less a known element since launch because of the UI demo menu showing Ride "soft" and "firm"

Edit* I agree with @Dark-Fx, Semi active.

Not that I'll immediately trade my R1S for one of these, I can't wait to test drive one. I'm very interested in the ride quality.

New drive unit teased by RJ. Will be simpler and cheaper to product than Enduro. Exciting times as we get closer to R2. Hope to see mules out testing in the wild sometime later this year.
Simpler and cheaper don't always mean better. I am more worried about the cheaper part of that equation.

I am thinking those are more along the lines of Magnaride, or a equivalent to it.

Why name it Maximus? We all know what happened to Maximus in the Gladiator?
Hoping each motor outputs 1000 hp and 1000 ft lbs of torque to match the name.

It would be a hoot if “Maximus” is the short name of the motor with “Maximus Decimus Meridius” being the full name.
