Ever since it was new my R1T has had a pretty substantial pull to the right. Other drivers notice it right away. Seems to be getting worse. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Mine also pulled to the right. I actually had to get it realigned twice since the issue reappeared less than a week later. It took a couple hours for them to fix so I just hung out in the area. But now it’s been fine for well over a year. Purchased September 2023.

Yup. Brought it to the SC and they took care of it right away. It wasn't a warranty thing, so I had to pay. I can't remember how much--about $200.00.

Took them about 7 or 8 attempts to fix it and they finally figured out they had to replace the subframe. Never had to pay a penny. It’s definitely a known issue. Vin 15xxx

I’m having the same issue. Can you share a snippet of your service center work order please. VIN 24xxx, May 2023 build, QM. I have done 3 alignments in 14 months of ownership and the vehicle still pulls to the right.

Here’s a picture of the invoice. I’ve circled the part that pertains to the alignment and subframe.

My gen 1 R1T had the same issue. It was the subframe and when they finally replaced it on the third alignment attempt it fixed it. Tracks almost perfect now.

Can someone explain what the subframe is? My wife's '23 R1S has less than 10,000 miles on the stock tires and the left rear tire is very worn down compared to the rest. I am wondering if it is an alignment issue.

I see a lot of G1 responses. Anyone with a G2 with the same issue and found a resolution? I have a G2 S that they can't seem to get correct the rightward pull. Thanks!

I started this thread. My R1T is a gen 2. I have had the truck 4 months. It has pulled right since new. My problem is that I live 150 miles from the nearest Rivian dealership. I would have to wait while the truck is worked on and probably charge before returning home. Hopefully it won't take multiple attempts to repair.

Ask for a print out from the alignment machine which will show before and after specs.

Has anyone seen a G2 need a new subframe? They've tried to fix it 4 times now and it went from left initially to right and that's where its been despite multiple attempts. Appreciate the advice to look at the print out.

They've kept my R1S every time they tried to fix it, so I'd make sure they say they can work on it the same day otherwise you may need to plan driving back home in a loaner/rental and coming back in a few. I'm fortunate that my centers are near. I hope you get your's corrected.
