Don't feel bad at all. I just don't understand rivian choices. I wish they were transparent. I told them I am flexible with options and they "noted it" but then i see people that orderd months after me get a guide, delivery, or shop access? I just don't get it.
Maybe i should walk up to the service center as ask if they have any "orphans" available.

I believe there were a limited number of LEs they offered. You had to configure and confirm the LE to get one. I stupidly didn’t realize and waited a few months to confirm my configuration after gaining access to the configurator. By the time I confirmed, the LEs were ‘sold out’.

LE was full in like 2 days, maybe 3.

From what I heard the sticker you see in the shop is what you are getting so if you see an LE you like jump on it.

Thaaats pretty crazy, one of the reasons I flip flopped back to the T from the S was the incredibly long wait time for the S.. had i stayed I think like others I would have been given a estimate for early 2024 with my Jan 2022 preorder. Wonder if this was a fluke, cause my understanding was the friends and family thing wasn’t really being implemented anymore? As of 12/2021 there were 71k preorders, no way they got through those yet.

I did. I’ve actually test drove 3 times (1x R1T and 2x R1S). One was my “official” FMD at my local SC, and the others were a result of me loitering and being around when they had an opening at 2 different SCs.
