I'm pretty sure I could have written that just by using the Rivian website and the "Things we know..." thread.
These were new pieces of info to me...

Power Provisions for Winch Included
Not "Homelink" but provisions for integrated opener
Crossbar weight ratings
Selectable Noise for low speed warning
No lights in gear tunnel
Clarification on watertight tonneau
Verifies 360 view
More towing impact details
Specifically cite 2018 preorders getting priority

I thought it was a good summary analysis of the things reported within the forum threads without people having to read through thousands of posts. I actually saw several things in there that should be added to the Rivian FAQ pages.

Maybe I missed this, but are folks being contacted by their Guides already? That was the red flag to me in that post, FWIW.

No. It appears somebody knows somebody that will be a Rivian Guide:
...MY NOTES FROM A CONVERSATION WITH A SOON TO BE RIVIAN GUIDE. THESE ARE NOT OFFICIAL RIVIAN RESPONSES, THEY ARE MY NOTES.

No. It appears somebody knows somebody that will be a Rivian Guide:
The post on Face made it sound that it was a "trial run" for the guide [ before all guides are released] to make sure they can answer questions. The facebook post was asking for questions to ask the future guide.
Wish someone asked if the 800V circuit was ready and could be enabled post launch...

I was about to point out that there were 56 questions and zero questions asked about the charging speed, charge curve, or voltage. What a maniac.

If you read the gentleman's original post on "crapbook" :), Apparently he is a real early pre-order holder of both R1T and R1S. He then talks about how he had complained to someone at Rivian about the lack of information. This got kicked-up and so Rivian decided to put him in contact with someone more directly.

I think most to all of the answers could be found in the FAQ, Stories, and/or Customer Support post people have shared. I did not see anything new.

Not sure I agree with the approach Rivian took with this guy. Why oil just one squeaky wheel! We ALL want the information. Crank up the Stories. I would be happy with little stories of info everyday. And then maybe a big one once a week.
