For the past 3-4 months my driver assist. a stopped working while driving. I called Rivian Support and was instructed to shutdown and reboot which worked each time. However this occurred more frequently until driver's assist completely stopped working.
About 2 weeks ago driving back from Chicago it became stuck in Conservative mode and would not go back into All Purpose Drive. It would also no longer change heights.
At home it would no longer take software updates and Rivian Support had it towed to the Menomonee Falls service center who thought that I needed a new suspension. I have only 64,000 miles on my truck and have never used it off-road. I purchased my R1T in June of 2022 and have been very happy with it.
Please advise.
