I asked for a refund since I wanted something sooner. They mentioned that while they were building this version they made a breakthrough and have a completely new design that is supposed to come out in later next year. The original order will come in January with a locking mechanism and a better bracket.

We’re currently focused on fulfilling our preorders and are finally close to receiving the final component needed to ship out orders to some incredibly patient customers. While the holidays and family obligations slowed us down, we also faced some frustrating delays and setbacks that exceeded even the generous buffer built into our production timeline.


As for new orders, we’re taking things step by step. We’re committed to doing business in a way we’re proud of, but at our scale, balancing financial realities with our ideals can sometimes be more challenging than expected.
