Given how flat the front end of the R1T/R1S is, I'm wondering how standard thickness PPF (7-8 mils) will hold up to rocks etc. and if extra thick (10-12 mils) would be required or if it'd be any different. So for those who've had 7-8 mil thick PPF installed (includes XPEL Stealth), would you mind keeping us updated on how it holds up over time?
Still got quite a bit of time before my "1st half 2023" delivery but always thinking about what I'll do when that day finally comes
Also, I understand PPF is never "required", just wondering what thickness is required for PPF to be effective I guess.
