PPF and Ceramic Detailers in Arizona

Just found this forum! Received my GW R1T 4 weeks ago. Anyone have any recommendations for PPF and Ceramic installers in Arizona? AZ highways and the front led light bar are brutal on the front fascia. Need to get this done soon. Thanks.

OZBraz in Gilbert did mine and have done all my vehicles. I'm sure there are plenty of other PPF places in the Valley as well, but at least you'll have someone who has done an R1T. Top quality.

Thanks Mark - I’ll check them out. Do they use XPEL products or does it matter if it’s XPEL (seeing lots of positive reviews about XPEL and their warranty).

I currently have a quote from weDetailAz (https://wedetailaz.com/packages/?) which seems pretty reasonable. They use Feynlab ceramic and XPEL PPF. That said, no other experience with them as I am still waiting for my build to go into the production queue. Recommendation from someone (Mark) having already had a vehicle done is pretty valuable though.

Well depends where you live. Tint cartel did my model y and they just did a R1T. Chandler/ queen creek area

I had OzBraz on my 911 and they do an excellent job. I am not sure though if they do Xpel.

My advice is to shop installer and not film. Both Suntek and XPEL have a nice product that works very well and is supported well. If you prefer a clear film, then I would suggest Suntek as the installed product looks better. Once again, shop installer, not the film.

I reached out to XPEL through the Rivian link and haven't heard a peep after 2 weeks. May not have an authorized installer in the hood.

OneArmor is the “XPEL” corporate store, but I had SupremeWraps in Scottsdale do my Launch Green R1T. Boutique wrap (all edges) + windshield outer, Roof, and tent (70% all windows except 30% on front doors).

Areyou happy with the job they did? How does it look along the edges when you open the doors for instance? What (ballpark) did it cost? (In Tempe here and get my R1T soooon--have the VIN number, so really SOOON.)

Yes. Just took it back after 1 week (they clean it and check for issues). The standard XPEL/Rivian kit is $4500. For $5100 they will assure that all edges get wrapped.

The tint is same cost as anywhere else. I had 70% put on roof, back window, front windshield, back door windows, and 30% put on the front door windows.

The front windshield "screen protector" is a special product (not PPF) and that was about $350-500 (can't remember)

They also put gloss PPF on the roof glass panel.

Total cost with tax was just over $7k.
