Hi. I remaining totally positive and delighted with our 2023 R1S, 20"AT at 25000 miles. We just got back from a 2300 mile round trip to Seattle from Orange County California, taking 4 days both ways and checking out lots of cool places. Weather ranged from 103 degrees to 30 degrees, pouring rain, wind, and fog. We took lots of back roads and flogged the 5. We went off-road in mud.

No problem! Our car remains a total delight. I've had lots of really nice cars and this one tops them all, and it's not close. I will never replace it with an internal combustion vehicle.

We stopped at 9 RAN chargers which were totally seamless. $0.36/KwH, 3 Tesla chargers which were also seamless but expensive $0.60/KwH, and one EVGo, which sucked and was expensive.

It was another exceptionally fun adventure in our totally reliable and fun to drive beast (that excels passing and climbing especially).
Props to Rivian!
Sounds like an amazing trip!we all want to see a few pics 😍 Great to hear your wonderful review at 25K miles. We are almost at 10K and absolutely love our R1S. Best car we’ve ever had.

Thanks for the replies. We did enjoy all the side trips (crater lake, olympic peninsula, cannon beach, chetco river, Bodega Bay) but I didn't take many pics of the car. This is what it looks like:
