Drove by the Rockville facility a few minutes ago and saw at least 4 R1T’s being delivered. 3 Launch Green and 1 Rivian Blue.

Fairly sure this is LG. forest green is darker and more metallic. Harder to tell in a picture of course.

Interesting that it is short term. I thought they had only just leased this building (ex BMW showroom). Wonder where they are going longer term.

Maybe I've been obsessing over color choice too much today but this one looks like Forrest Green.

I've seen both in person, I am confident this is Forest Green. Launch Green looks like flat gray mud (IMO), I don't know if it has much (if any) flake in it. This has a ton of flake.

Unless someone jerked up the saturation & added a green tone to it, which I don't think they did.

Someone in the area has gone through those 8 steps already. Identify yourself. I need to know who I need to be nice to, so I can take a look at an R1T up close.

The R1T with the showroom in the background might be Forest Green. I was in a hurry and didn't even have time to get out and take a closer look. There was one guy offloading them from the truck, and another guy walking around taking pix of them. The two that were still on the truck were definitely launch green though. It was parked on the service road and I drove right past it. It was a tight squeeze and I was only about three feet away from the trucks that were still loaded.

Well, my coffee is good and it was a quick drive. Despite having a huge glass encased showroom where they could put a truck allowing us a view through the windows, they’ve clearly hidden the product in back behind garage door and key. There is a turnkey solar powered security camera apparatus with flashing lights and multiple cameras out front. Welcoming.
Man, c’mon Rivian …it would have made my day to actually see one!
