The Gear Tunnel lining is not quite connected. Is there a clip here?
The hinge for both doors has some missing paint like something hit it but the black plastic on the door side of the hinge looks ok. There is also overspray on the left side black molding, to the left of the hinge, like they tried to fix something after the truck was built.
More of what looks to be paint on the drivers side scuff plate.
Hard to see in pic but there are black finger prints / debris under the protective film.
Some small scuffs in the edge of the bed liner spare tire cover.
Truck seems to like to pull/drift right and steering wheel is a few degrees to the left while driving starlight and you have to (ever so slightly) hold it there.

A few more small things.
I found what looks like another white paint spec on the wood next to the phone bay. I'm feeling like they did some painting after some disassembly with parts laying around.
The right side protective film is a little high so it not rounding the edge and collecting dirt. I've not tried to clean it yet.
It looks like some kind of sealant was left on and then painted over.

A few more small things.
Some of the panels are not flush and differ from one side to the other.
Now the driver side window randomly has issues going up. It goes up a third of the way and then back down.
There is a rattle coming from the from passenger door and in general more rumbles in the cablin then I'd like.
Sometimes the door will not open. The handle moves but nothing happens.

Week 2:
I've had an issue or two with new cars but I think the Rivian has beaten me.
I found some more stuff doing a light dusting this weekend.
Gear tunnel door opens but at times will not fully open, have to close and reopen.
Was not clean when painted? Paint blisters(?) on right rear door left of window.
More signs of damage and repair on the right rear door. On this door it looks like it was painted by hand with a brush.
Small nick in leather, right rear.
Squeaky right rear door lever.
Alinement on the right gear tunnel door not great and protective film again is shifted to one side so it is collecting dirt.
Small paint blister(?) on right front door
Front right floor mat tab removed with mat. The other half is still there but I can't get the first part to click back in.
Armrest buttons are not very responsive. Can't just click them but must push them hard to get them to open.
Right front footwell carpet on outside of plastic panel.
More painted over debris and small damage inside the left rear door, similar to the rear right door.
Nick in the left rear windows tint film.
Left gear tunnel door is a little light on paint in spots.
Left gear tunnel door, also some painted over debris.
Left side rear, some more black (dirty fingers?) like on the protective film also on left side.
Left gear tunnel door protective film is shifted and too long on this edge, collecting dirt.
Looks like some kind of grease under the outside front left windows trim, leaving smudges up the window. Very difficult to photograph the smudges.
Nick under the front left headlight.
Something like it on the right also but it looks more like a broken edge.
Not terrible but the hood alignment could be better.
Front right door could be better.
The front protective film just behind the tire has bubbles and is coming off on both sides.
A number of small marks/painted over debris under the hood.
I kind of gave in at this point and stopped looking at the rest of the truck.
Not that it should matter but this is at mile 143.
There should be 6 screws holding the wheel well lining in front of the right front tire and I have 3 of the 6 left and hoping the other 3 are not in the tires.
