Just got done checking out the center. There were like 2 other people, the reps said it was a good thing I skipped the preview. If your thinking about coming do it. They have 2 trucks you can get hands on and the color swatches/interiors you can play with. Some swag to buy as well. The reps were super cool and answered most of my questions. Now I can't wait to actually drive it. I came away super impressed. The vehicles are production ready. Gaps looked good and I just got a sense they are well built. Also the tonneau cover worked fine. Rear seat room was great, I'm 5'11, sat in the front then jumped to the rear. Pic of my leg room below as well as the rear center storage.

I asked cs this morning. Said they will always have vehicles at this site. Hours are everyday 9am to 6pm. I went around 2pm, it was super quiet.

Thanks ... I found the original email that was sent announcing the opening, but no mention of the vehicle being at the location. I'll definitely check them out when I return from Vacation!

Dropped by the hub this week while in LA for work. I won’t post pictures because mine will look the same as everyone else’s. But it was awesome to see an R1T in person, sit in it, and play with everything. It was the first time I’d seen one, and after spending 30
I couldn’t be more excited to take delivery (whenever that may be). I brought a co-worker who had never heard of Rivian, and he’s now considering ordering. The vehicle is just stunning when you get up close to it.

There was only one truck there on that day, and seeing the blue in person now has me considering that color. It looked great.

I highly recommend the experience if you’re at all within shouting distance of Venice.

Drove to the Venice "store" yesterday from San Diego. My biggest take-aways:

- bed is small. silly small
- interior felt more confined than I imagined

Truck as a whole was exactly the artistic sculpture that it seems to be in photos. General build quality and small details were very production-worthy. The headlights, front bar and tail lighting are simply amazing to study up-close. Had no idea the LED lightbar had the internal depth and texture it has.

Expecting responses about it purposely not being a full-size pickup and it that's the heft I really want then such choice(s) coming soon. I'm just being honest here.

Coming from a Tacoma the interior felt spacious to me. Bed is short, but wide and flat bottomed. Seems very practical.
