Thanks for the link! I was looking for one of these a few months ago but nothing was coming up on Amazon. A bit pricey though. I think my own "emergency solution" (to get into the frunk if the battery dies) works nearly as well. ?

HAHA! I love it. I had a bit of an issue getting the hitch cover back on easily and gave up after about 2 minutes of fiddling with it. The hitch vault is really quite secure and I impressed with the quality. It a beefy anodized aluminum. The only issue is if you push it in too far, it's really hard to get out of the hitch socket and you need to use something like a shop vac or small suction cup to get it back out, so I would find some sort of spring at at hardware store so that you can't push it in too far. It is indeed expensive for what it is though.

Pre update: it was “too” sensitive I.e. truck would unlock when in driveway and I was inside house, 15ft away
Post update: does not unlock unless inside of 3 feet if even. Usually have to force it to wake up from the app. Plus the issues listed in original post..

Nope. What is really odd is how random all of this is. I too have a Pixel 3 (other user above) which has been working really well up until the last update. It still works well except for one extremely annoying feature....

The car opens and closes fine and connects to my phone's bluetooth but when I try to drive away it gives me the "please present a key" message. I'm like how the F* did I get in the car if I did not already have a key. It won't let me drive until I use the key card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck.

I am using the fob now which seems fine so far.

***UPDATE***
Rivian mobile service came out last week to work on window issue and I brought up these PAAK issues. Technician did some basic troubleshooting and turns out I may have a faulty NFC sensor in driver door as the key card would not unlock on that door either. 2023.30 OTA update would have pushed it over the edge.

Bad news is 1st available appointment at Costa Mesa SC is Nov 10th…

Never had an issue with PAAK and it has always worked flawlessly. Ever since this update, 50% of the time, Ive walked up to the door and stood there like an idiot waiting for the door to unlock until I open my phone and then it responds.

Try testing with each key card to see if you may have the same sensor issue
