Hello All - I've had my 22' R1T Launch Edition (Quad) for about four months and it has been fantastic. Previous owner had a cool 30" Nittro Ridge Grappler setup and when I purchased the truck I worked with the SC to change out to Michelin M/S2 (Warranty would have been effected by the Ridge Grappers and Michelins are a lot quieter).

I mention all this because now that I have a very quite and smooth ride, I'm picking up on a few sounds that I'm not sure are normal. One was the AC compressor but the SC did a great job adjusting the refrigerant piping to help reduce the noise/vibration. The second I'm experiencing is that when I'm doing 60+ Mph and I'm feathering the throttle to coast (No excel or regen) I get a vibration in the petal. Does anyone else have this or is it just a harmous vibration that maybe just my R1T happens to have?

Appreciate any thoughts in advance. I have a SC appoint in mid-Dec for them to check it out but would like to know if anyone else has this and if it is normal.

Unless it sounds/feels destructive, I think nothing of small vibrations or clicks. It is still a machine after all and not a magic carpet? And personally I prefer machines that provide feedback instead of a totally disconnected interaction. Frankly puzzle by number of people who are alarmed by every little thing. Is it really a problem or insecurity about a new car from a new company manifesting? Things heard and felt are subjective. Very hard to tell second or third hand. And microphones of recording devices can be sensitive and make faint sounds seem worse? The opposite is also true? I’ve seen people post recordings of supposedly loud noises, but I barely hear a thing with computer speakers turned way up? If you truly suspect you have an issue, probably more productive to just drop by your Service Center and request a ride along.
