Passenger Rear driver side Door not closing (its like its locking or the catch resets) while unlocked.

One of my doors the catch is closing and the door cannot be closed without re-pulling the extended unlocked handle. IF an attempt is made it bangs off the latch and bounces back out (sounds like i'm smashing the door). The door is open and unlocked when it does this. All other doors behave normally.


Is this a known issue?
