You know, for one of the world's biggest investment firms, you'd think that Morgan Stanley wouldn't have such a crappy experience for doing this.
It's Rivian's fault. Haven't you been paying attention?

If we don't have to pay until the 15th, what happens if we want to sell before then? I suppose we'll have to wait until tomorrow and see how it all plays out...

It ends up at the final screen and says Pay by ACH or Pay by Wire.
Then I select ACH, and you need to go to Morgan Stanley, which is already funded.
But ...

Nothing. No way to pay.
This. So confusing.

Did anyone get an email from Morgan Stanley confirming the number of shares they were buying? I got nothing from them on my shares, but they did email me to confirm that I made a request to transfer funds.

At this time, I believe all you can do is "Make A Transfer" to schedule the transfer? I too see no indication of the DSP agreement to buy the specified shares anywhere in the MS Account...

Just read from multiple articles that Rivian raised $10.5b with the IPO.

That's not an insignificant amount of money.
