Our house was previously owned by a Tesla mechanic and loaded with breakers & outlets for all the EV accessories we could ever need. It might be in the shittiest part of town with run down trash and blighted abandoned homes all around us, but at least it's got a good garage.

That’s a nice design but could do without the huge patch logo on the front. We regularly carry 3-4 bikes so this would not work for me but if you’re riding solo often this is a nice option.
