Brand new, found it in the frunk upon delivery. They never put it on and I don't plan on doing so either because I live in a city where the cops have better things to do than write tint and front license plate tickets. If you do, and for some reason your bracket was lost, stolen, or damaged because you aren't good with tools and screwed up yours, well, buy this one. $15 + shipping.
