Ocean Coast & Forest Edge interiors delayed. RJ making announcement this week.

Had my first Rivian Guide call today, and my biggest question was about FE delays. My guide stated that yes, OC & FE are both delayed, although OC is "more troublesome" than FE. OK, not a surprise really. My guide says I can expect to get an FE vehicle 2-4 weeks later than if I were to switch to Black today. But, the thing that I haven't heard yet (forgive me if I missed it): RJ is going to make an announcement this week (or maybe next) regarding interior color timing. So, maybe news coming s00n?

Ocean Coast is a non-negotiable for me – I will not switch to any other interior color option no matter how long the wait.

I wasn't going to get mine until Q4 anyways so hopefully his announcement isn't that OC is delayed to 2023 or something.

We ordered at the same time!! Im a December 2018 preorder with April/May delivery After I saw this configuration at the First Mile Sonoma event I was sold the FE is beautiful in person and looks amazing with the launch green

A saw a couple pictures on IG today by a delivery specialist. I don't want to accidentally get him in trouble if he wasn't supposed to share them though.

Sorry, if I had been paying attention, I would have realized you had an R1S. That's amazing that you've gotten a PBA for your configuration. Congratulations!! So FE is really happening... maybe I got bad info, or maybe the announcement is only about OC
