No right stereo channel after doing infotainment reset

I have been experiencing an intermittent problem with the infotainment system in our 2024 R1 S. This problem has occurred before and after the Connect + update. I believe this is the Meridian system. We took delivery at the beginning of April. The problem is that the right stereo channel will become non-functional AFTER performing an infotainment system reset (to try to resolve a completely different issue). This has happened 3 times and I finally traced it back to the infotainment reset as the cause. The system eventually corrects itself over time (maybe some sleep cycles). I logged 2 service tickets and ended up cancelling them because the problem went away on its own. Has anyone else experienced this and were you able to resolve it?

I had one instance where I had only one channel. I was in the Spotify app. I switched to FM radio and had both channels. Then switched back to Spotify and had both channels. Only happened one time.

It has happened to me also using Apple Music. I just go to a different source go back and it works. I have a 2024 GEN one non-Meridian system.

I have a Gen 2 R1S with the standard sound system and I have noticed something similar. Certain songs seem to be missing a channel. For example there are no lyrics when I listen to the 1999 remix version of Yellow Submarine by the Beatles, but the original version sounds fine. I was listening through spotify, but today I was listening to the radio and a distinct guitar riff on a song (can't remember what song was playing) was missing. Very frustrating. I've got a service appointment in a couple of weeks for something else, so I'll see what they can do but any help would be appreciated.

I recently noticed the left channel was missing in my 2023 R1S when listening to the radio. The next morning it was back, though.

I was able to resolve this by performing a vehicle reset (Far Left Steering wheel button + Hazard Lights button). So in conclusion my experience is that the infotainment reset breaks the stereo and the vehicle reset restores it.
