Can confirm this is the new R1S. Only know that because I saw one in person 2 days ago while traveling. Has a new camera module for mirrors, has a charger disconnect button near port, lightbar looks different as well (contoured and slimmer), and it had new wheels.

Looked about 85-90% the same as current ones besides that.

I called the chrome delete - That was an obvious cost cut.

I assume the blacked out badging is how you can tell it's a tri-motor ?
Silver Caliper are standard on the dual motor already

How can you tell it has faster charging, New cameras and ADAS , and heat-pump from these images ?

Seems the pictures are intentional "leaks" or whatever one would call them...the things changed are hardly visible other than the blackout. Plus the info is more descriptive than pictures would show.

I wonder if the headlight / turn signal change was to comply with a standard somewhere or if just cost savings by removing the turn signal from the head light. Or maybe had to sneak some sensors in somewhere and needed to make the change to accommodate. Doesn't seem like it was done to "refresh" the appearance.

How do you know it's tri-motor or any of the other non-exterior things?
