20" Inch New Goodyear 20” tire option - available when?

Any news about when these tires will be available? I‘m at the end of life for my second set of Pirellis and would love a quieter, Rivian endorsed option.

I wonder if the SC will support recalibrating software for those of us with 20” AT Dual Max configurations. Previously they wouldn’t when you wanted to use 20” with a 33” 275/60R20. If you went ahead and made the change your speedometer and odometer ended up being off. I like that these tires are EV focused as well!

They look like a good option. They weigh 40 lbs in the 275 60 20 size. The only thing is that there is no treadwear warranty, but for around $250 a tire, they cost much less than most other tires and weigh much less. If you have Allstate Insurance, you can buy it directly from Goodyear and get another 15% off.

Are you sure? Tread pattern doesn't match the Rivian builder. Builder also doesn't explicitly say what tire and picture isn't clear.

Right, I pulled the tread pic from the Non-RIV of the same size. Do you have a good pic of the new wheel with this tire?

Only ones I’ve found are on the Rivian build R1T for the standard battery.

The reviews on these are alarming (assuming they are real - yay, Internet). Look forward to hearing real reviews from users here on the Forum.

Without starting another Tire Wars thread, you either get efficiency or proper off-road capability, but not both. Sometimes neither.

Definitely not if it's proper AT, too big a hit to efficiency, 5% under the 22s.

I recently purchased a Gen 1 R1T and as you probably can guess, replaced the stock Gen 1 tire (275/65R20) with our new Goodyear Gen 2 tire (275/60R20). Of course, I am biased but I’ve been very happy with both the truck and the tires!
