I was hoping for this. In the meantime, I was scheming how to paint or powder coat the standard bars.

It shows as “no stock.” Is it already sold out or just not available yet?

I too have the silver ones but like the looks of the all black. I wonder whether I could powder coat the ones I have. Any thoughts?

Powder coat might be too thick, especially on the center piece that the sides slide over. You would want to look at anodizing (need to disassemble to have the bare aluminum pieces) or cerakote (may not require disassembly if you just want to do the side pieces and use the air cure version).

Would they get scratched up easy if they are black? Cool that there is options I like the silver ones for mine but understand how this would be a better option for some.

I JUST bought these over the Rivian ones because I wanted black (and I like how they are flush on the ends). Anyone else have the EVBase ones?
