Great news, thanks for sharing!Got mine last week and installed right after work and was simple install.
Looks great.
Sure, it will work fine. Just pull the cover off when you want to carry the bike. It's not difficult to pull off:@EV Sportline been waiting on more photos but looks like this cover won't work with how I carry my bike, right?![]()
I would say it would absolutely not interfere with the front crossbar. The cover rolls up quite small toward the front of the cab. I almost tossed my crossbars on top of my EVSportline tonneau, but the clean look right now is very pleasing…Question: will the Rivian crossbars interfere with this cover when mounted above the bed? Put another way, can they be rolled up under the bars without issue? I’m concerned about the crossbar closer to the cab, since by then the cover will have snowballed to a larger diameter.
Thanks for clarifying.
Would you be willing to share a link to that bike rack? I’ve been looking at something similar but I’d like to compare with this product, thanks!@EV Sportline been waiting on more photos but looks like this cover won't work with how I carry my bike, right?![]()
In production now, targeting shipping current b/o by Mid May.@EV Sportline - what kind of timeline is likely for the second batch of covers to be shipped ou? I had a preorder, but cancelled and reinstated the order.
thanks!

Should the rail be seated fully down on those clamp brackets, or does it need to float at a certain height? I can't get mine to fit at all, not sure if I am doing something wrong-- the bottom of the plastic spacer assembly in the side rail is interfering with the sliding/locking brackets, so the rails won't go forward enough to allow the tailgate to close.Well - it arrived! Shipped in great condition, aluminum brackets are top notch! Installation went well, those front aluminum clamp brackets are a little tricky to get the right height locked in, so do those first before sliding the side brackets forward.
Other than the sky opening up on me and dumping rain, then hail, then rain again (gotta love PDX!) … install went well and it fits like a glove!
Top notch LoPro conversion, excellent work @EV Sportline!
So, just tested with the crossbars on. Yes, you can fully place the tonneau in its rolled position… but it’s not as elegant as I had hoped… lol! You fold/roll the tonneau close to the crossbar, then slide it underneath and then fold up the slack. A little tricky at first, but absolutely doable. I don’t think it would clear if the crossbars had brackets that wrapped around the bottom, but if you are using T-Bolts in the top of the crossbars… no problem!I would say it would absolutely not interfere with the front crossbar. I will test later, done playing in the rain right now.![]()
hi JLee - the side rail is sitting too low. It should sit 'on top' of the bed liner edge. Move it up, like this:Should the rail be seated fully down on those clamp brackets, or does it need to float at a certain height?
