I bought a Dometic CFX35 fridge and I wanted to mount it under the cover with some sort of slide.
the Dometic slide is too tall, but I noticed @EVLander using a Tuff Stuff Overland slide, so I ordered one of those.
Tuff stuff slide
It fits perfectly between the ridges on the bed, so that keeps it low enough for the fridge to fit under the cover.
I also ordered an EcoFlow Delta 2 portable battery to power the fridge via 12v, when Iām at camp.
I wanted the battery to āride alongā on the slide, so I built a little platform with some 1ā casters to support the platform.
I had some leftover bits of L-Track (or S-Track, depending on the vendor), so I use that with some Frontrunner Stratchits to hold the Delta 2 in place.
Basically I used a bunch of leftover stuff to make a slide mount, used countersunk fasteners as much as I could, to keep things low profile.
The one condition I had was not to modify the truck by drilling holes in it, or any other modification that couldnāt be undone.
Iām pretty pleased with the result!
And if I want to take it out, I only have to undo 2 nuts at the cab wall Builtright Molle panel and it all comes out.
