My Rivian saved mine and my kids lives

I was getting off the highway and someone ran a red light which caused me and 3 other cars to get into a major accident. I'm so thankful I drive such a strong and safe car, me and my kids came out with virtually no injuries.

Time for a new Rivian.

I'm so glad you and the kids are okay - You don't say how old they are but it can be traumatic even if they're not hurt. It's a scary thing at any age.

This is where physics helps us ... 7,000 lbs with low weight distribution.

Glad you are OK. Don't get me started on red-light jumpers. ... saw one the other day and cop car who was also at the front of the lights did f*ck all about it. I felt like giving chase.

This person owes you a Rivian. Make them pay up.

there's dashcam footage and apparently he crossed 4 lanes of traffic before hitting us..he had plenty of time to stop the car. Seriously ridiculous.

Glad everyone is ok. I felt like overall, Rivian is the safest vehicle we can buy today and that was the #1 reason for buying one.

It's great at staying out of trouble( handling), getting away from trouble ( acceleration) and keeping us safe once we are in trouble ( strength and weight).

thank you yes I'm so fortunate that we were all properly buckled, and that my baby was in a rear facing car seat. I was driving responsibly and going the speed limit. unfortunately, I could not have prevented the accident.
