The purchase contract lists Rivian LLC in IL as the seller. Otherwise, it looks like a pretty typical auto purchase contract. They are collecting WA taxes and acting as agent with DOL (though I kind of suspect we'll have to wet sign the power of attorney authorization for that last bit when we take delivery).
