At least for me, I think it's a great idea, as the plastic snap-rivets are notorious for breaking even with careful removal. If I was DIYing a fix under that plastic, I would appreciate being able to work under there and not be scrambling for a spare part when trying to put it all back together.Any ideas why the magnetic attachment for the front piece?
