Mobile app lost connection

Is anyone else having the following issue? It’s started this morning for me. My mobile app will only connect to the vehicle if it’s within Bluetooth range. The vehicle is showing full bars on the LTE connection. I’ve tried restarting the app a few times.

I was having the same issues. I did a full reset and seems to be working fine now.
Can you please 🙏 Remind me of what a full reset steps are ? I know soft reset steps

I did a full reset. It still doesn’t connect unless I’m within Bluetooth range.

Yeah, this happens to me quite frequently. I also have to start the truck using the key card because it won't even recognize my phone. I spoke with support about it and they said they've heard some other cases of it occurring, but the best option was to turn off Bluetooth on the phone and then turn it back on to reconnect. That doesn't seem to work for me, so I tried rebooting my phone, and that didn't work either. Next step is to reboot the truck in hopes the connection might work again. Super frustrating to have to tap the key card on the door each time, especially since it's really tough to find the right spot to activate it.

The same problem just started with my R1S yesterday. The app was working fine until then. Any updates on what the issue is and how to fix it?

this happened yesterday to me for the first time. came back when ii got back to my truck but bluetooth wasn't connected and i couldn't even toggle it on in the settings page on the truck. infotainment reset fixed it.
