Missing map on nav screen.

Anyone experiencing a nav screen...without the actual map? Started experiencing this issue where there was no circle icon representing the vecicle location on the map. The map would move as I drove but no indication where I was on the map. No option to recenter either. Finally did a soft reset last night, but now the map is missing entirely. The screen is working and all the icons are there (gear, lightning bolt, 2D/3D/North Up, etc). Just no map. Hard reset, no luck.

I had same issue for past two weeks. I talked with CS and we walked through the soft and hard resets with no luck. Took into service. The tech rode around with me for other issues and observed the issue and felt it was potentially software related that they can resolve. I took vehicle in on Jan 4. Once I go for pickup I will ask the service folks if they have an explanation behind blank nav screen.
