Got below message from rivian, any guesses what it could be?

"We’re reaching out about your Rivian. We identified a need to inspect your vehicle for a potential issue that could result in being unable to access or drive your vehicle—and may even require a tow.

Schedule an appointment with your local Rivian Service Center or with one of our qualified third-party providers. Both options are covered under warranty at no cost to you.

Whichever option you choose, give us a call to schedule your appointment at (855) 748-4265."

If it were me, I’d probably call the number they provided and ask.

I received the message and called. They said it was related to the recall. Then they proceeded to say they could fix it late May. I asked about the “needing a tow” part. He said that it’s a generic message that goes out and not to be worried. ?

I called. They want to tighten knuckles. Mentioned they are being proactive and nothing serious and this can wait for sometime

Had the knuckles serviced yesterday

Got the same message. The guy who called said it was knuckles but the appointment in my app says replace 12v battery. Didn't seem urgent since they couldn't schedule me until end of April. I guess we'll see what they end up doing...

Should be able to do the knuckles with a visit at your home.

They are coming to my home. But earliest mobile appt was end of Apr.

Yes but, if I recall, it was limited to a specific window of manufacturing dates.

I called on the lights recall they said they didn’t have a protocol yet. It has to do with cold weather. They said if you get a low beam warning then set up a service. Otherwise you’re safe
