Have been striking out with both the Trimax Combination Hitch Pin Lock and the Rhino USA keyed version.

Both are too short to lock properly likely as they are both spec’d to fit Class III and IV hitches vs. Rivian’s Class V.

Anyone find 5/8” diameter that is long enough to fit the R1 hitch receiver?

EDIT: Disregard. I’m a dumbarse. Most offer Class V keyed versions.

I happened to have this for an F-150. It fits the R1T precisely. I chose a very short hitch to minimize leverage. I tow a variety of cars on trailers, so the hitch scale makes it easy to roll the vehicle to position optimal tongue weight. Expensive, but I admire well-made equipment. I have it as a "riser" hitch, not a drop hitch and leave it in as a bumper protector.

3 3/16” outside hitch dimension. She’s beefy.

Yeah, I have the problem that my bike rack hitchpin hole is only 3/8", and I had to hunt to find a 3/8" hitchpin that is long enough to go through the Rivian's beefy receiver body. I ended up buying a locking pin; but the lock mechanism can't slide "in" far enough to engage, so I have to use a regular cotter pin on it!

I have multiple 1/2" pins that fit fine on larger-pin items, it was the 3/8" that was problematic.

Just bought this one and it fits well with little gap, the TAL003. It has a span of 3.5" where someone measured around 3.4" on the receiver itself. The locking mechanism itself seems to just be a bit of plate metal that slides in around the pin, so I'm sure it could be pried off if someone really wanted to. But better than nothing.

It looks like you have the 4" version, how's that suiting you? Their page says to measure from the ground to the top of your receiver (which for me is almost 20" when the R1T is kneeling) and subtract 14" for the right drop size. That tells me I should probably look at the 6" version of this (especially since the suspension was at its lowest), but I'm curious what your experience has been.

I bought the 4.5" version hitch pin that adds a locking spring clip in case the primary lock fails.
I originally tried their 3.25" span unit and it was too short to use the spring clip, so I went with the 4.5" version which allows the use of the spring clip. Yes, it sticks out on the right side of the receiver a bit.. but there's nothing on the right of the receiver to interfere with, so the extra length doesn't cause any problems and I like having the extra safety feature of the spring clip on the hitch pin.
